Stephanie Opstad is the Branch Manager at the Heritage Library in the growing community of Lakeville, Minnesota. She enjoys building, nurturing, and managing relationships with customers, staff and community partners. She has also worked for Arizona libraries, Anoka County Library, and as a paralegal and grant writer in Native American communities.
