Jade Cabagnot has been a Youth Services Librarian at Dakota County Library for over two years. She is passionate about advancing equity and social justice by designing inclusive programs that are meaningful and reach diverse communities. She is a Racial Equity Trainer at Dakota County and served as library representative in the Inclusion & Diversity Leadership Team. Before DCL she also worked at The Newberry Library and Chicago Public Library where her roles focused on scholarly and public programming and collection development.
