Ben Brown is an IT Support Analyst at the Hennepin County Library IT Help Desk. He does technical support for the staff of all 41 libraries in the Hennepin County System. Ben is part of the team that manages over 3000 computers as well as other networked equipment and the systems the library runs on them. Ben has enjoyed working on library teams focusing on ebooks, online privacy, digital media literacy, and social media and is a member of HCL’s Social Media Team where he focuses on Twitter and broader social media trends.
