Raquel Franklin is a Resource Sharing Manager at Minitex. She has worked for Minitex Resource Sharing for over 20 years. She started as a student employee and accepted a permanent position after graduating from the University of Minnesota. She manages areas that involve the requesting process (referral typing) on MNLINK VDX and Wiscat and the area that processes loans that have been filled (referral processing) as they are sent along to their final destination.
