Teen Lit Con: Scale It or Hack It To Work for Your Library

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Teen Lit Con, where teens and authors collide, is a metro public library Legacy event that attracts hundreds of teens each year to connect around books. Despite having attendance as high as 1400, it is an event that can be scaled to meet any library's needs or hacked to work pieces into other programs. The session will cover the project goals, collaboration, and outcomes and what you need to create a successful teen book festival of any size. The most successful components of the event such as poetry, games, book crafts, reader's advisory, and more will be highlighted.
