This session will describe recent Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion work happening in Dakota County - specifically the small Learning Circles being run for Library staff members. The session will include an adapted version of these Circles, with the goal of demonstrating their use in staff training and personal growth. The topic of the adapted Circle will be Unconscious Bias. Supporting notes will be available for attendees who want to bring the training model back to their own libraries.
